This dish made with Chicken chunks, mixed vegetables of your choice and chicken stock makes a delicious meal.


Ingredients
2 tbsp. oil
onionClick to find more about onion, finely chopped
1/2 kg chickenClick to find more about chicken fillet, cut into small cubes
2 celery sticks, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 red pepper, cut as fingers
1/4 cup Broccoli
1/4 cup Baby cornClick to find more about corn
2 cubes MAGGI ChickenClick to find more about Chicken Stock
2 tbsp. mustard(a pinch of haldiClick to find more about haldi/yellow turmericClick to find more about turmeric powder
may be used in place of mustard)
1 can x 170g Nestle Cream


Preparation
Heat the oil, then add the onionClick to find more about onion and stir well for 5 minutes.
Add the chickenClick to find more about chicken and stir well until it turns brown.
Add the celery, carrots, mushrooms, red pepper, broccoli, baby corns and MAGGIChickenClick to find more about Chicken Stock cubes and leave for 2 minutes.
Cover the chickenClick to find more about chicken and vegetable mixture and leave on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add in mustard and stir well.
Add in NESTL Cream and stir well. Remove the mixture from the heat and pour into a serving dish.
If desired, decorate with some grated onions and serve hot with rice.
