Sweet Rice Gulati recipe
Ingredients Gulati
- Sela rice ½ kg soaked for 2 hours
- Sugar ½ kg
- Ghee ½ cup
- Khoya 250 gm
- Almonds and pistachio sliced 2 tbsp
- Green cardamom 6
- Pethy ki mithai 125 gm finely chopped
Method Gulati
Soak rice for 2 hours, boil till full done, heat ghee in a pan add 6 chopped ilachi with half cup water and ½ kg sugar, cook stirring till sugar melts add in Khoya, cook till Khoya dissolved and slightly brownish, add boiled rice and keep stirring, add pethy ki mithai chopped, almonds and pistachio, mix leave to cook on dum till done
